Back again after a little sunday rest yesterday 🙂 So on the 8th day of Christmas, Next.co.uk gave to me…
Presents for the other half! Davids Birthday is about a week before Christmas, which means combining all my ideas into the one present buying frenzy in December. This is our 3rd Christmas together, and I think I’m still doing okay on the ideas frontier (maybe he will claim otherwise though!) But then I also get all my family on my back wanting clues on what to get him too. Jeez! My brain has been fizzing so much recently. Onwards with the ideas then…
Jar Of Cola Cubes (800g) – £5
You gotta love Retro Sweeties! David has a rather sweet tooth, he is a total chocolate fiend so I’ve had fun buying him bits and pieces for his stocking this year (One for you, two for me, one for you, two for me…)
Tattoo Print Jersey Long Bottoms – £15
I bought David a pair of jammie bottoms for a fiver from Asda a couple of years ago, and he’s absolutely worn them to death. Try to convince your boyfriend that man jammies are actually quite cool! These tattoo print ones would beat wearing boring plain boxers to bed any day 🙂
BaBylis for Men I-Strim Stubble – £25
• Mains or Cordless
• 30 cutting lengths from 0.5 – 15mm
• 2 speed settings deliver extra power
• 3 year guarantee
Okay, bit of a gadgety one here, and David also actually already has one of these BUT he swears by it! Helps them maintain a ‘nice’ stubble, without having to go clean shaven every time they want to get rid of a bit of face fluff.
Obviously I can’t share with your right now what I did actually get for my boyfriend this Christmas (incase he reads this) But the lovely Ella shared with me that she got her boyfriend this Marmite Lunch Box and this Egg and Soldiers Set, from the Next website 🙂 On Saturday night Katrina and I went to the RSAMD panto. We had a fun (and rather nostalgic) night, and on the break headed up to the cafe bar to finally get a proper look at the Drama at 60 Campaign pictures.
To be featured alongside some incredible alumni (mostly famous actors, but I promise to blaze a trail for the technical/design side of theatre, film and tv!) was a real honour. Here is my absolute mug shot up close:
This is the first, and last time you will ever see a ‘teethy’ smile from me! Cringe!
Anyways, can’t believe it is monday all over again. 4 days left for my christmas gift guide, I’m thinking by now I have all the main people to buy for covered… so the last ones should be a bit more optional. Thank you for following it this far 🙂 and if you do one good deed today then give me a click (www.next.co.uk) Sending all my good karma back your way lovelies 🙂 ♥ Happy monday!
Ayden x

Go YOU with your picture in public!
Another awesome guide, my better half is getting music that he's been lusting after, although no doubt edibles will feature there too as we're both foodie people.

Your picture is lovely, it must be so awesome to be recognised as having gone on from uni to do something successful.
December 13, 2010 at 10:39 pmThose pajama bottoms are awesome, kind of wish I hadn't already bought my other half some for christmas! have also bought him some jogging bottoms for around the house as he is so jealous of my 'joggings', we are all about the comfort wear these days!
I have been clickity clicking on your next link every time you've posted, I have to admit before you did these blogs I didn't know next did such cool stuff! I really like the egg and soldiers set your friend bought, it's awesome; might have to get that for the boyfriend as he loves his 'dippy egg!'
